Our products are available exclusively to professional medical end-users. If you are not a licensed medical professional, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Processing:
    For most items available in our current inventory, orders placed before our daily cut-off time (4:30 pm EST) are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days.
  • Warehouse Locations & Variances:
    The majority of orders are dispatched from our warehouses located in Florida. Actual shipping times depend on your delivery location. Please note that items ordered via freight, special-order items, or direct drop-ship orders from manufacturers may require additional time. For a more precise delivery estimate, please reach out to our customer support.
  • Expedited Shipping Options:
    If you require faster delivery—such as next-day air service—we offer expedited shipping. Contact Customer Service at 305-615-5655 before placing your order to receive a custom shipping quote.
  • Carrier and Transit Details:
    While our shipping partners provide estimated transit times, actual delivery may vary due to high-volume periods, holidays, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Unless an alternative is requested, orders are sent using our standard “Best Way” delivery method, which may include services from FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight carriers, or local delivery providers.
  • Shipping Updates:
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information and shipment status. You may also view shipping details by contacting us at 305-615-565.

Shipping Addresses

Before finalizing your order, please review your shipping address carefully. Once submitted, changes to the ship-to address cannot be made. We ship solely to the address provided on the order. If you request an address change after your order is in transit, additional fees will apply. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages resulting from errors in the shipping address (including mistakes in floor, suite, or apartment numbers). Any charges incurred due to address corrections will be billed to the customer.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Orders:
    Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping in most cases.
    For orders under $200, a standard shipping fee of $19.99 will be applied, with the package sent via our “Best Way” method.
  • Additional Charges for Special Items:
    Certain items may incur extra fees. For instance, products that require temperature-controlled (refrigerated or frozen) shipping, controlled substances, or goods that need special handling (such as hazardous materials or biological items) will include an extra handling fee of $10.25, added to the shipping cost.
  • Freight Shipments:
    Products that are shipped via freight services—such as heavy equipment, special orders, or items weighing more than 50 lbs—may have additional freight charges. We will contact you to confirm the applicable freight fees and determine the shipping method (e.g., inside delivery, dock-to-dock, white glove service, etc.) before finalizing your order.
