Usage Instructions:
- As a Laxative: For adults and children over 12, take 1 to 3 tablespoons (15 to 45 mL) once a day as needed. For children 6 to 12 years old, take 1 to 3 teaspoons (5 to 15 mL) once a day. Do not use for more than a week without consulting a doctor.
- As a Moisturizer: Apply a small amount of mineral oil directly to clean, dry skin. Gently massage it in to help lock in moisture and soothe dryness.
- For Household Uses: Apply a small amount to the desired area and wipe with a clean cloth to lubricate or condition surfaces.
